In her brand new series ‘My Feminist Icon Selfies ’ Ronna makes a nod to Baroque politics through opulent layering of paint and patterns while depicting some of her icons with neon power.
About Ronna: Ronna Lebo is a poet and painter. She received her Master’s of Fine Arts from Mason Gross School of the Arts/Rutgers University. She taught at Kean University for six years before deciding to co-launch Off The Park Press/Black Square Editions, a small non-profit press. Most recently, Ronna has taken residency at her own studio at Mana Contemporary in Jersey City.
